This file is also available at the root directory of the File Manager and this line at the bottom of the

wp-config.php file

Option 3: modifying php.ini file

In this option, you had to modify/create your php.ini file and add this line to the php.ini file and need to upload via FTP.

Sometimes, your hosting provider controls these limits, and in this case, you have to ask for customer support.
